Axiology appoints Aurimas Galdikas as Chief Legal Officer

The appointment strengthens the company's legal team as it accelerates the transformation of tokenised asset management and trading across Europe.
Leading capital markets infrastructure provider Axiology has appointed Aurimas Galdikas as Chief Legal Officer, strengthening the organisation’s legal function as it continues to grow its regulated DLT Trading & Settlement System.
Galdikas brings over 15 years of experience in the international financial markets, .
He began his career in financial market supervision with the Lithuanian Securities Commission before moving to the Bank of Lithuania (LB), where he led the legal and regulatory function for market operations covering foreign reserve management, monetary policy operations, and financial services to central bank clients, for over 11 years.
He later joined ILTE, Lithuania's national development bank, as an advisor and business development manager focused on capital markets and structured finance transactions, as well as financial market development initiatives.
Galdikas will be responsible for leading all legal, regulatory, structuring and governance operations, including remaining compliant with financial services laws and regulations, and managing legal risk, licensing, regulatory reporting, and strategic initiatives.
