Our Whistleblowing Policy

We’re committed to the highest possible standards of openness, integrity and accountability and encourage all colleagues to ‘blow the whistle’ on any wrongdoing without fear of reprisal or victimisation.

Persons can report concerns about misconduct, unethical behavior, legal violations, or breaches according to our Whistleblowing Policy. If a person wants to stay anonymous, we ensure that.  

Purpose

Whistleblowing Policy outlines the process for employees and other stakeholders to report concerns regarding misconduct, unethical behavior, or breaches of regulations within the Company. It aims to foster a safe environment for raising such concerns and ensures protection from retaliation.

Key Principles:

  • Reports made in good faith are encouraged and protected. 

  • Whistle-blowers are not subject to retaliation or discrimination. 

  • Confidentiality and anonymity are respected. 

  • Reports are handled fairly, thoroughly, and objectively. 

The report channels and process:

Person can raise a misconduct via email: [email protected] or by providing oral or written report to the Chief Compliance Officer (CCO), CEO or a member of management board.
