Algirdas Neciunskas is the COO of Axiology, overseeing the company’s operations, strategy implementation and scaling. He leads the implementation of Axiology’s DLT-based trading, settlement and custody systems, ensuring efficient and compliant processes that connect businesses and retail investors to digital fixed-income instruments.
With more than 20 years of experience in financial market infrastructure, governance and market operations, Algirdas has held senior positions at the Bank of Lithuania, including responsibility for CENTROlink development. He has also served on the boards of the Lithuanian Central Securities Depository, the State Investment Agency and the Lithuanian Mint. In addition, he was a core team member of Blue EMI, where he contributed to strategic M&A activity including the successful transaction with checkout.com.
