Open Positions
You will:

Define and prioritize the product roadmap
-
Create/design new products to support the Axiology strategy
-
You will collaborate with our clients, understand their needs and requirements
-
Own the product backlog and lead the development cycle in collaboration with cross-functional teams
-
Manage product life cycles, from ideation through development, testing, and launch
-
Support API design and documentation efforts, ensuring internal and third-party APIs are clearly defined, versioned, and well-integrated
-
Contribute to platform consistency by identifying patterns, redundancies, or gaps in system behaviors or architecture
-
Maintain clear and structured documentation in Jira and Confluence, ensuring alignment across Product and Engineering
-
Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to continuously improve product functionality and competitive advantage
-
Support the development of marketing and sales materials to promote the product and attract new clients
-
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on product performance, market insights, and opportunities
-
Demonstrate the ability in analytical reasoning and a methodical approach to problem-solving
You will need:
-
3-5 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role within high-growth tech company or banking/finance-related business areas (brokerage, payments, cryptocurrency , etc.)

Experience of creating/modeling financial product
-
Ability to write detailed technical user stories and acceptance criteria from high level business requirements
-
Technical background with understanding of APIs, network protocols, and web technologies
-
Proven hands-on experience designing, consuming, and troubleshooting API integrations between disparate systems
-
Strong skills in system modeling and business process documentation (BPMN, UML)
-
Proven hands-on experience preparing requirements for UI
-
Ability to work independently with a development team
-
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
-
Strong sense of ownership, accountability and ability to plan your work effectively
-
Experience with product management tools (Jira, Confluence, etc.)

Demonstrated ability in analytical reasoning and a methodical approach to problem-solving
-
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment
-
Innovative thinker with a passion for technology and its use in solving complex business issues
