Marius Jurgilas is the CEO of Axiology, a capital markets infrastructure provider specialising in digital fixed-income instruments and DLT-based trading, settlement and custody systems. He leads the company’s strategy to modernise securities infrastructure and simplify access to tokenised bonds and other digital securities for businesses and retail investors.
With over 15 years of experience in central banking, financial regulation and FinTech policy, Marius has held senior roles at the Bank of Lithuania, Norges Bank, the Bank of England and Finansinspektionen (Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority). He played a key role in advancing Lithuania as a top 10 global FinTech destination and led the establishment of the EU’s designated euro settlement rails for fintech, combining regulatory insight with practical leadership to drive innovation in financial markets.
