Liabilities to the investor refer to the obligation of a brokerage firm to return the funds and/or financial instruments belonging to the investor.
An insured event is a situation where bankruptcy proceedings are initiated against a brokerage firm, or the supervisory authority decides to declare the firm insolvent due to its financial condition — when the firm is unable to fulfill its obligations to investors and there is reason to believe it will not be able to do so in the near future.

Įsipareigojimų investuotojams draudimas
Axiology DLT, UAB dalyvauja pripažintoje investuotojų įsipareigojimų draudimo sistemoje.
Įsipareigojimai investuotojui – tai finansų maklerio įmonės pareiga grąžinti investuotojui priklausančias pinigines lėšas ir (arba) finansines priemones.
Draudžiamasis įvykis – tai situacija, kai finansų maklerio įmonei iškeliama bankroto byla arba priežiūros institucija priima sprendimą pripažinti ją nemokia dėl finansinės padėties, kai įmonė nebegali vykdyti savo įsipareigojimų investuotojams ir yra pagrindo manyti, kad artimiausiu metu to padaryti nepajėgs.
