Price List

  1. This Price List outlines the fees applicable to the Services and products provided by the Axiology DLT TSS as described in the Legal Rules on the Functioning of the Axiology DLT TSS Infrastructure.

  2. The Price List as well as any amendments and/or supplements hereto shall be approved by the Management Board of Axiology DLT TSS and shall become effective following their publication on the Axiology DLT TSS website, unless a different effective date is set.

  3. The Management Board of Axiology DLT TSS shall be entitled to grant fee discounts, rebates or waivers for certain Services based on the meeting of specified conditions by the fee payers. These discounts, rebates and waivers are applied at the sole discretion of the Company.

  4. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Axiology DLT, UAB has the sole discretion to apply reduced fees, waivers or rebates on an individual level for a certain client Axiology DLT TSS services.

  5. New Participants may receive a fee waiver for a specific period and reduction of fees, starting with the month of their registration. If an Eligible Security of the issuer has already been admitted to the Axiology DLT TSS and if further Eligible Securities of the same class are to be admitted, a fee shall be levied.

  6. Where the fees are related to trading, the fees apply to both counterparties participating in the trade. The fees apply to trades that are conducted on the Participant’s own account or on behalf of Clients (including any Clients that themselves are Participants or that trade, directly or indirectly, on the behalf of Participants).

  7. Where a fee is expressed as a percentage, the calculation shall be based on the nominal value of debt instruments.

  8. All fees and commissions are denominated and payable in euro (EUR), unless otherwise stated.

  9. All the fees set out in this Price List must be paid by the set deadlines to the account opened in the name of Axiology DLT TSS in a credit institution, unless otherwise instructed in writing by the Axiology DLT TSS. In case no deadlines are set, payment shall be made by the deadline specified in the respective invoice issued by the Axiology DLT TSS.

  10. All fees are quoted exclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes, duties, or public law charges. Where required by law, all such taxes and charges shall be borne by the client of Axiology DLTS services and will be added to the fees. VAT shall be added to the fees when it is required by laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

  11. If payment of the fees is delayed, Axiology DLT TSS shall be entitled to claim a default interest in the amount of 0.1% of the amount due for each delayed day.

  12. Fees invoiced following the performance of Services are charged on the date the Service is performed. For fees invoiced on a recurring basis, if the fees are calculated separately for individual dates within the billing cycle, they are charged on each respective calculation date. If fees are calculated on an aggregate basis for the entire period, they are charged on the last day of that period.

  13. Invoices are sent on a monthly basis. Clients of Axiology DLT TSS services will be notified of the total fees payable at the beginning of the month following the relevant invoice period. All invoices related to fees, commissions, and other charges for services rendered must be paid within 15 calendar days from the invoice date. Interest on overdue amounts will accrue from the due date until full settlement is received, based on the outstanding amount.

  14. This Price List is applicable from 27 August 2025 and remains valid until further notice.

  15. The Axiology DLT TSS has the right to change the amount and structure of the fees at any time with prior written notice to Participants at least 15 days before the change takes effect. Any changes will be made available on the Axiology website at www.axiology.xyz.
