Axiology has appointed Aurimas Galdikas as Chief Legal Officer, strengthening its legal function as the company scales its regulated DLT Trading & Settlement System. Galdikas brings over 15 years of international financial markets experience, including senior roles at the Bank of Lithuania and Lithuania's national development bank ILTE.

Bringing over a decade of experience across blockchain, DeFi, and venture capital, Bylica will lead commercial strategy and partnership development as the company scales its tokenised securities platform across European capital markets.

The Baltics' largest-ever digital bond crowdfunding round has closed 38% above target at €3.4 million. Registered by Axiology on its DLT infrastructure and distributed through Profitus, the bond lowers the entry barrier to capital markets, allowing investors to participate from just €500.
