Axiology Wins Outstanding Investment Round Award for €5M Seed Funding

Axiology has received the Outstanding Investment Round award at the closing event of the Startup Lithuania Accelerator powered by Plug and Play. The award was presented during the Lithuania Accelerated: Startups Late-Night Show in Vilnius, marking the end of a two-year international accelerator programme that strengthened Lithuania’s position as a European innovation hub.

The recognition highlights Axiology’s €5 million seed funding round, bringing total capital raised to €7 million. The funding round, led by Exponential Science, e2vc and Coinvest Capital was joined by TIBAS Ventures, Plug and Play, BSV Ventures, NGL Ventures and others. The investment supports Axiology’s mission to modernise European capital markets infrastructure by consolidating issuance, custody, trading and settlement of tokenised securities into a single regulated environment.

As a capital markets infrastructure provider operating under the EU DLT Pilot Regime, Axiology holds a rare Distributed Ledger Technology Trading and Settlement System licence. It allows Axiology to operate a tokenised digital assets trading venue with embedded settlement, notary, and custody functions.

The Startup Lithuania Accelerator selected 67 startups from more than 1,000 applicants across five batches, connecting founders with international mentors and investors. The programme achieved an 88% survival rate among participating startups and facilitated €19 million in post-programme funding.

As Europe advances its capital markets integration agenda, Axiology continues to scale its infrastructure to support institutional partners, issuers and investors seeking secure, compliant and efficient access to modern digital capital markets.
