European conservative-risk investment platform Letsinvest and the licensed trading and settlement system Axiology are working together to simplify bond issuance for companies and make it easier for investors to buy them. The first bond is expected in September, using a new technology that streamlines distribution and management of securities. The new digital infrastructure reduces traditional bond issuance costs by over 40%, making it a highly attractive financing tool for companies looking to diversify their sources of capital.

Helping Companies Issue Bonds More Efficiently

Letsinvest and Axiology recently introduced an innovative technological partnership that reduces traditional issuance and distribution costs for businesses by more than 40%, while allowing investors to acquire bonds more quickly and conveniently.

“This project marks a new stage for the Baltic capital market – our goal is to make it easier for companies to issue bonds and to provide investors with convenient access to purchase them. Through this new direction, we will open new paths for our community to grow faster and more securely,” says Vytenis Kinduris, Chairman of Letsinvest.

“Together with our partners, we feel ready to help companies enter broader capital markets and do so more efficiently. We are especially looking forward to the first bond issuance,” says Marius Jurgilas, Director and Founder of Axiology.

From now on, Letsinvest investors will be able to invest via the platform not only by funding loans, but also by purchasing corporate debt securities. Infrastructure partner Axiology, which specialises in optimising and developing securities infrastructure based on distributed ledger technology (DLT), will ensure that each investment is securely registered and managed, and that platform investors’ funds are safe. Meanwhile, the Letsinvest platform, operating across Europe, will continue to focus on identifying attractive investment opportunities, analysing them, and offering selected projects to its community, while maintaining a conservative investment strategy.
