Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) will soon have a more efficient route to capital markets, thanks to a new partnership between Axiology and European Merchant Bank (EMBank). By integrating digital infrastructure with banking services, the collaboration enables both EMBank and its clients to issue bonds with greater ease and transparency.

The partnership follows Axiology’s recent regulatory approval to provide capital markets services under the EU’s DLT Pilot Regime. Building on this momentum, Axiology continues to scale its infrastructure, working with EMBank to bring more flexible financing options to market and help reshape how capital moves across Europe.

This collaboration reflects the shared strategic focus of both organisations: supporting the SME segment, which plays a vital role in Europe’s economic development. By bringing together EMBank’s banking expertise and Axiology’s digital infrastructure, the partnership aims to unlock new ways for businesses to raise capital outside of traditional lending channels.

With both companies active across European markets, the collaboration lays a strong foundation for expanding cross-border financial services and exploring international growth opportunities.

“We are pleased to partner with European Merchant Bank to enable a more inclusive and efficient bond ecosystem,” says Marius Jurgilas, Founder and CEO of Axiology. “Together, we’re building infrastructure that empowers both banks and their clients to access capital markets digitally and securely.”

“This partnership with Axiology will create new opportunities for our clients, particularly small and medium-sized enterprises, as well as non bank financial institutions to utilize modern methods of raising capital and have better access to financing,” says Sarp Demiray, CEO of EMBank. “Our aim is to support business growth by providing access to innovative and modern finance solutions that ensure efficiency, flexibility and transparency alongside traditional financing.”
