Axiology Named Winner of Mastercard Lighthouse FINITIV

Axiology has successfully concluded its participation in the Mastercard Lighthouse FINITIV programme and has been elected the overall winner of the 2025 Spring cycle.
Over the course of the programme, Axiology engaged with leading Nordic-Baltic banks, investors, and ecosystem partners, advancing its mission to build a transparent, efficient, and inclusive capital market. The FINITIV experience enabled Axiology to validate core elements of its business model, uncover collaboration opportunities, and gain strategic insights from some of the region’s most experienced financial innovators.
Reflecting on the journey, Marius Jurgilas, Co-Founder and CEO of Axiology, said: “Our interactions throughout the programme affirmed that tokenised fixed-income instruments are no longer a theoretical concept, but a necessary innovation to serve both institutional and retail investors.”
Today’s bond markets remain largely inaccessible to non-institutional investors, hindered by legacy systems and high entry barriers. Axiology’s infrastructure, powered by distributed ledger technology, is designed to change that. By removing multiple layers of intermediaries and enabling full lifecycle management of securities through a unified digital platform the company is creating a new digital foundation for securities issuance, custody, and trading.
With the Mastercard Lighthouse FINITIV programme now complete, Axiology is preparing for its next phase of growth, including the launch of its DLT-based Trading and Settlement System (TSS), which will be regulated under the EU DLT Pilot Regime.
