Myriad Capital is set to be first broker to join Axiology’s multilateral trading facility (MTF), a regulated venue for trading digital assets. The move marks a key milestone in creating a unified infrastructure where multiple intermediaries can participate in a shared secondary market. This improves liquidity and creates more diversification opportunities for investors as well as expands reach for issuers.
The partnership paves the way for a more connected trading environment. By joining Axiology’s ecosystem, intermediaries like Myriad Capital can extend their clients’ access to a wider pool of investments and take part in a secondary market that replaces today’s fragmented structures. This creates new avenues for growth and efficiency while directly enhancing liquidity.
For Myriad Capital’s clients, this opens opportunities that were previously out of reach. The range of available assets now includes tokenised instruments, enhancing diversification options for end investors. Additionally, investors who previously had limited capacity to participate in primary and secondary markets can access a broader selection of digital securities through a regulated European platform.
Currently, investors who purchase securities through single intermediaries are often confined to closed secondary markets within each platform, limiting liquidity and the ability to trade with a wider pool of participants. Through Axiology’s MTF, Myriad Capital clients gain access to a shared marketplace for tokenised bonds and other digital securities, connecting them with participants across the European capital markets ecosystem. For investors, this translates into greater flexibility, deeper liquidity, and more effective portfolio management.
“This partnership gives our clients access to opportunities that were previously unavailable,” says Gediminas Trumpis, CEO and Founder of Myriad Capital. “Our clients will now benefit from access to a wider range of digital bonds within a regulated venue, improved market liquidity, and greater flexibility in managing their investments. At the same time, this partnership contributes to the growth of a more open and connected securities ecosystem.”
“Europe’s digital bond markets have long been defined by fragmentation and limited liquidity,” says Marius Jurgilas, CEO and Founder of Axiology. “Through Axiology’s MTF, which can work as a shared secondary market, Myriad Capital and other intermediaries can now trade seamlessly, marking the first step toward an open, cross-border securities ecosystem.”
Looking ahead, Axiology plans to onboard additional intermediaries and expand the types of digital securities available on the MTF. This growth will further enhance market liquidity, foster innovation, and support the development of a secondary market where digital bonds can trade seamlessly across platforms.
